- 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder (60ml scoop)
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2-3 tbsp peanut butter or wowbutter spread
- 1/2 cup of oat milk
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- Dark chocolate chips for decoration
Preheat the oven to 180 oC and prepare a brownie tin for baking.
- Measure out the protein powder, cocoa powder and baking powder and place in a bowl. Mix in the eggs, vanilla extract and oat milk and stir until well combined. Stir well before pouring into a prepared tin. Add dollops of peanut butter randomly to the mix and swirl with a spoon then sprinkle over some dark chocolate chips for decoration. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before cutting - devour and enjoy!
