Cranberry and Seed Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1 Tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon melted coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 1/2 cups dates
  • 1 1/2 cups cranberries

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients into a large bowl. Mix until well combined. 
  2. Put in the fridge for 30 mins.
  3. Bring out and roll in to balls - enjoy!
