Its that time of the week again for the Getbuzzing workout Wednesday!

This workout will consist of:

15 squats

15 press ups

15 sit ups

20 minutes AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible)

Cardio

Bike Intervals - 10 Sets

30 seconds sprint 

30 seconds rest
