The perfect healthy breakfast bar for those on-the-go!
- 5 weetabix, crushed
- 2 cup of oats
- 3 tbsp golden syrup
- 50g butter
- 3 tbsp wowbutter (peanut butter)
- 3 bananas, mashed
- Pre-heat oven to 160C. Grease and line a 20cm square tin with baking parchment.
- Heat the peanut butter, butter and golden syrup in a pan until melted. Tip the mixture into a large bowl.
- Add the mashed banana, oats and weetabix. Mix well until the mixture is evenly coated.
- Tip the mixture into the tin and level the surface.
- Bake for around 30 minutes, until golden. Cut into 8 pieces and store in an airtight container.
